The play centers on American poet Robert Frost, and the years he lived in Derry, New Hampshire and taught at Pinkerton Academy. His time in NH was critical to Frost as a young poet. His first two books of poetry (and a portion of his third) were written at a small farm in Derry from 1901-1911.
